Non-Solicitation of Employees and Agents. For purposes of this Section 11.10 only, the term "agent" shall include all appointed agents and Representatives. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that each may have access to the names and identities of agents of each party as a result of performing their respective obligations under this Agreement, and that each may establish close working relationships with such persons.
