Non-Solicitation of Employees During Employment. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will not, either on his own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity (i) solicit, interfere with, or endeavor to cause any employee of the Company, or any of its subsidiaries, to leave employment with the Company, or any of its subsidiaries; or (ii) induce or attempt to induce any such employee to breach their obligations to the Company.
