Common use of Non-Solicitation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Employees. During employment and for a period of twelve (12) months after termination, Executive agrees not to hire, employ, solicit, divert, recruit, or attempt to induce, directly or indirectly, any existing or future employee of the Company to leave their position with the Company or to become associated with a competing business.

Non-Solicitation of Employees. Non-Solicitation of Employees. During employment and for a period three (3) years following the termination of twelve (12) months after Executive’s employment with Employer, regardless of the reason for the termination, Executive agrees not to hire, employ, solicit, divert, recruitinduce or encourage, or attempt to inducesolicit, directly induce or indirectlyencourage, other than on the Employer's behalf, any existing or future employee of the Company Employer or its affiliates to leave their position with the Company employment of Employer or to become associated with a competing businessits affiliate or breach his/her employment duties.

Non-Solicitation of Employees. During employment and Executive agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months after terminationfollowing termination of his employment, Executive agrees not to hire, employ, solicit, divert, recruit, or attempt to inducewill not, directly or indirectly, (i) induce or solicit any existing person who was an employee, consultant or future employee independent contractor of the Company or any of its Affiliates, to leave their position terminate such individual’s employment or service with the Company or to become associated with a competing businessany of its Affiliates or (ii) assist any other person or entity in such activities.
