Common use of Non-soliciting Clause in Contracts

Non-soliciting. Neither the Founder nor the Controlling Shareholder shall persuade or encourage any employee of the Group Company to accept other employment, or to recruit any employee of the Group Company in other ways; or to provide any form of consultation, guidance, counsel, assistance or funding to any person engaged in a business that competes with the business of the Group Company.
