Common use of Non-Substantive Amendments Clause in Contracts

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council: (a) changes to the exterior materials (not including tone) required by Section 3.5; (b) changes to the landscaping required by Section 3.6; (c) changes to the sign requirements of Section 3.7; (d) changes to the functional elements requirements of Section 3.9; (e) changes to the date of commencement of development specified in Section 7.3; and (f) changes to the date of completion of development specified in Section 7.4.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council:. (b) changes Changes to the landscaping required by accessory building requirements as detailed in Section 3.6;3.4.4. (c) changes Changes to the sign requirements of as detailed in Section 3.7;3.11. (d) changes to the functional elements requirements The granting of Section 3.9; (e) changes an extension to the date of commencement of development specified construction as identified in Section 7.3; and 7.3 of this Agreement provided the extension requested does not exceed two (f2) changes to the date of completion of development specified in Section 7.4.years;
