Common use of Non-Substantive Amendments Clause in Contracts

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council. (a) Changes to the parking measures as detailed in Section 3.7; (b) Changes to the building siting as detailed in Section 3.4 or which, in the opinion of the Development Officer, do not conform with Schedules B or E; (c) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3 of this Agreement; and (d) The length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.5 of this Agreement.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not non-substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council. (a) Changes to the parking measures as detailed in Section 3.7; (b) Changes to the building siting as detailed in Section 3.4 or which, in the opinion of the Development Officer, do not conform with Schedules B or E; (c) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3 4.3.1 of this Agreement; and; (db) The length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.5 4.4 of this Agreement; (c) Changes to the extent and location of the parking area.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council. (a) Changes to the parking measures as detailed in Section 3.73.5 which do not conform with Schedule B; (b) Changes to the building siting hours of operation as detailed in Section 3.4 or which, in the opinion of the Development Officer, do not conform with Schedules B or E3.13; (c) Changes to signage as detailed in Section 3.10; (d) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3 of this Agreement; and (de) The length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.5 of this Agreement.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not non substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council. (a) Changes Minor changes to the parking measures as detailed in Section 3.7exterior materials of the building; (b) Changes The parking requirement for 52 spaces may be met by reallocating parking spaces from underground parking to surface parking subject to the building siting as detailed in Section 3.4 or which, in the opinion requirements of the Development Officer, do not conform with Schedules B or Esections 3.5 and 3.7 of this Agreement; (c) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3 Subsection 7.3.1 of this Agreement; and (d) The length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.5 7.4 of this Agreement.
