Common use of Non-Substantive Amendments Clause in Contracts

Non-Substantive Amendments. 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended by resolution of Council. (a) Changes to the Landscape Plan as illustrated on Schedule C; (b) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3.1 of this Agreement; and (c) The length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.4.1 of this Agreement.

(a) Changes to the Landscape Plan landscaping requirements as illustrated on detailed in Section 3.9 or which, in the opinion of the Development Officer, do not conform with Schedule C; (b) The granting of an extension Extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3.1 7.3 of this Agreement; and (c) The length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.4.1 7.4 of this Agreement.
