Common use of Non-Substantive Amendments Clause in Contracts

Non-Substantive Amendments. 5.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended in a matter consistent with the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter: (a) Changes to the landscaping as outlined in Section 3.8 and as shown on Schedule B; (b) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3.1 of this Agreement; and (c) The granting of an extension to the length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.4.3 of this Agreement.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 5.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended in a matter consistent with the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter: (a) Changes to the landscaping as outlined in Section 3.8 and as shown on Schedule B; (b) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3.1 5.5 of this Agreement; and (cb) The granting of an extension to the length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.4.3 5.6.3 of this Agreement.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 5.1.1 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended in a matter consistent accordance with the approval requirements of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter: (a) Changes to the landscaping as outlined requirements of Section 3.5.1 and 3.5.3 in Section 3.8 consultation with the HRM Parks and as shown on Schedule BRecreation and Development Engineer; (b) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3.1 of this Agreement; and (c) The granting of an extension to the length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.4.3 7.4.4 of this Agreement.

Non-Substantive Amendments. 5.1.1 6.1.1 The following items are considered by both parties to be not substantive and may be amended in a matter consistent with the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter: (a) Changes To allow the building to expand an additional 93 square metres (1000 square feet), provided 50% lot coverage is not exceeded as per the landscaping as outlined in Section 3.8 and as shown on Schedule Bapplicable zone; (b) The granting of an extension to the date of commencement of construction as identified in Section 7.3.1 of this Agreement; and (c) The granting of an extension to the length of time for the completion of the development as identified in Section 7.4.3 of this Agreement.
