Non-suitability for Position. Should the College determine that the employee is not suited to the new position for other than disciplinary reasons, the College will make every reasonable effort to transfer the employee into an available bargaining unit position which is similar to the employee’s previous position. If such position is not available, the employee will be placed on layoff status with recall rights in accordance with Article 24, Section 5.
