Registry Operator shall, at a minimum, provide reasonable web based and e-mail customer service support to Registrar on U.S. business days from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time for nontechnical questions relating to the Registry System and its operation. Registrar acknowledges and agrees that Registry Operator may choose to decline to provide non-technical support to any Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar.
