Common use of Non-Terminating Events Clause in Contracts

Non-Terminating Events. (a) The end of the budget period described under section 4.4 does not terminate this agreement or the Recipient’s obligations under this agreement. (b) The end of the period of performance described under section 4.5 does not terminate this agreement or the Recipient’s obligations under this agreement. (c) The cancellation of funds under section 14.2 does not terminate this agreement or the Recipient’s obligations under this agreement.
