Non-U.S. Welfare Plans. (a) As of the Effective Time, the nVent Group shall retain (or establish or assume to the extent necessary) sponsorship of the nVent Non-U.S. Welfare Plans, and, from and after the Effective Time, all Assets and Liabilities thereunder shall be the Assets and Liabilities of the nVent Group. (b) As of the Effective Time, the Pentair Group shall retain (or establish or assume to the extent necessary) sponsorship of the Pentair Non-U.S. Welfare Plans, and, from and after the Effective Time, all Assets and Liabilities thereunder shall be the Assets and Liabilities of the Pentair Group.
