Common use of Non-Warranty Payments Clause in Contracts

Non-Warranty Payments. All amounts payable to Contractor with respect to non-warranty work performed pursuant to Article 14.3 shall be paid no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice and certification in the form attached hereto as Attachment A that such non-warranty work has been completed and documented in accordance with the requirements of this Contract together with the necessary or appropriate supporting data and documentation as reasonably requested by MSV.
