Non-Wearing of Sample Clauses

Non-Wearing of. 30.3.1 Where an individual who has been issued with required protective safety equipment, including safety footwear, helmets, glasses, sunscreen lotions, clothing and other safety apparel is found not to be wearing same on the job then such employee shall be counselled.

Non-Wearing of. (a) Where an employee who has been issued with required protective safety equipment, including safety footwear, helmets, harnesses, glasses, sunscreen lotions and protective clothing is found not to be wearing same on the job then such employee shall be counselled. (b) Further infractions in relation to the non-wearing of the said PPE referred to above shall result in the employee being required to show cause why the said employee should not be removed from the job.

Non-Wearing of. 28.4.1 Where an individual who has been issued with required protective safety equipment, including but not limited to, safety footwear, helmets, harnesses, glasses, sunscreen lotions and protective clothing is found not to be wearing same on the job then such employee shall be counselled in the presence of the Safety Coordinator or some other safety qualified person. 29.4.2 Further infractions in relation to the non-wearing of the said protective equipment/clothing referred to above shall result in the individual being required to show cause to the Safety Coordinator why the said employee should not be removed from the site In areas of workers compensation the Qld Workers Compensation & Rehabilitation Act 2003 will apply.
