Common use of Non-Wildland Fire Emergencies Clause in Contracts

Non-Wildland Fire Emergencies. When State resources are covering a federal station, they may be dispatched to structure or other fires, medical aid calls, or other emergency incidents. California Cooperative Fire Management Agreement Annual Operating Plan Federal resources may be requested to respond to non-wildland fire emergencies, but will only provide assistance commensurate with the policies and training of the responding personnel and equipment.
