Common use of Noncompetition Period Clause in Contracts

Noncompetition Period. For purposes of this Section 8, the Noncompetition Period shall mean the period commencing on the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement and ending on the earlier of (i) the date on which the term of this Agreement otherwise would have expired, or (ii) the first anniversary of the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement.

Noncompetition Period. For purposes of this Section 8, the Noncompetition Period shall mean the period commencing on the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement and ending on the earlier later of (i) the third anniversary of the IPO closing date on which the term of this Agreement otherwise would have expired, or (ii) the first anniversary of the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement.

For purposes of this Section 8, the Noncompetition Period shall mean the period commencing on the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement and ending on the earlier later of (i) the date on which the term of this Agreement otherwise would have expired, Third Anniversary or (ii) the first anniversary of the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement.

Noncompetition Period. For purposes of this Section 8, the Noncompetition Period shall mean the period commencing on the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement and ending on the earlier of later of: (i) the date on which the term of this Agreement otherwise would have expired, or (ii) the first anniversary of the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement; or (ii) the earlier of (A) the fifth Anniversary of the Original Agreement, or (B) the second anniversary of the date of termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement.
