Noncompliance by Contractor. Contractor's failure to comply with any requirement of this Section is a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in the termination of this Agreement or such other remedy as PCTPA may deem appropriate. Any subcontract entered into as a result of this Agreement shall contain all of the provisions of this section.
