  • Noncompliance Standards The AGENCY shall be responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions of this Contract. Noncompliance may result in penalties as stipulated in Attachment “C”.

  • Non-Compliant Work Should the A/E and/or the ODR identify Work as non-compliant with the Contract Documents, the ODR will communicate the finding to the Contractor and the Contractor will correct such Work at its expense.   • FACTS AND PROVISIONS/LEGAL REQUIREMENTS The term of the Agreement shall be from September 1, 2015, through May 31, 2018. The County may terminate its participation in the Agreement by providing 90 days advance written notice to the other participating agencies.
