Common use of Nondeductible Employee Account Clause in Contracts

Nondeductible Employee Account. Unless prohibited in the Adoption Agreement, a Participant may, by written notice to the Plan Administrator, withdraw from his Nondeductible Employee Account a sum not greater than the amount of his prior Nondeductible Employee Contributions (less any amount previously disbursed); plus any income allocable thereto.
