NONDISCRIMINATION BY CONTRACTORS. Pursuant to 44 C.F.R. §§ 7 and 16, and 44 C.F.R. § 206.11, the Sub-Recipient must undertake an active program of nondiscrimination in its administration of disaster assistance under this Agreement. The Sub-Recipient is also subject to the requirements in the General Services Administrative Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors, in accordance with 44 C.F.R. § 17.
