NONDISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. It shall be a violation of this Agreement for either the Employer or the Union to discriminate against any employee, prospective employee, Union member, or prospective Union member on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, sexual orientation or sex. Redress of any alleged violation of this Article shall be through the grievance procedure established in this Agreement.
