Nondiscrimination Penalties. (a) Grantee Shall Not Discriminate. In the performance of this Agreement, Grantee agrees not to discriminate against any employee, City and County employee working with such grantee or subgrantee, applicant for employment with such grantee or subgrantee, or against any person seeking accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, services, or membership in all business, social, or other establishments or organizations, on the basis of the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, height, weight, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, disability or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV status (AIDS/HIV status), or association with members of such protected classes, or in retaliation for opposition to discrimination against such classes.
Nondiscrimination Penalties. (i) Nondiscrimination. In the performance of this Agreement, the Bank agrees not to discriminate against any employee, City employee working with or applicant for employment with the Bank in any of its operations within the United States or against any person seeking accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, services, or membership in all business, social, or other establishments or organizations operated by the Bank on the basis of the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, height, weight, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, disability or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV status (AIDS/HIV status), or association with members of such protected classes, or in retaliation for opposition to discrimination against such classes.

In the performance of this MOU, the Foundation agrees not to discriminate on the basis of the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, height, weight, disability, AIDS/HIV status, weight, height, or association with members of classes protected under this paragraph or in retaliation for opposition to such discrimination, against any employee or volunteer of, any City employee working with, or any applicant for employment with, the Foundation in any of the Foundation’s operations within the United States, or against any person seeking accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, services, or membership in all business, social, or other establishments or organizations operated by the Foundation.

In the performance of this Regulatory Agreement, the Owner agrees not to discriminate against any employee, City employee working with the Owner, applicant for employment with the Owner, or against any person seeking accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, services, or membership in all business, social, or other establishments or organizations, on the basis of the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, height, weight, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, disability or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV status (AIDS/HIV status), or association with members of such protected classes, or in retaliation for opposition to discrimination against such classes.
Nondiscrimination Penalties. In accordance with Section 12B.5-1(c) of Chapter 12B of the San Francisco Administrative Code, following a good faith attempt to apply the requirements of Chapter 12B to this Agreement, the Airport Director hereby finds that the requirements of such chapter are inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement with the County, a public agency, and are therefore not applicable.

In the performance of this MOU, Friends agrees not to discriminate on the basis of the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, height, weight, disability, or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV status (AIDS/HIV status) against any employee of, any City employee working with, or any applicant for employment with, Friends in any of Friends’ operations within the United States, or against any person seeking accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, services, or membership in all business, social, or other establishments or organizations operated by Friends.

In the performance of this MOU, the Society agrees not to discriminate on the basis of the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, height, weight, disability or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, HIV status (AIDS/HIV status), association with members of classes protected under this paragraph or in retaliation for opposition to such discrimination, against any employee or volunteer of, any City employee working with, or any applicant for employment with, the Society in any of Society’s operations within the United States, or against any person seeking accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, services, or membership in all business, social, or other establishments or organizations operated by Society.
