Common use of NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE GRANTED Clause in Contracts

NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE GRANTED. The Architect grants a nonexclusive license to the Owner to reproduce and use the Drawings, Specifications, and other documents prepared in whatever form for the Project solely for the purpose of constructing, using, and maintaining the Project, provided Architect is paid all amounts due it under the Agreement. The Architect retains and reserves all statutory, common law, or other rights to the instruments of service.
