Common use of Nonexclusive Relationship Clause in Contracts

Nonexclusive Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as to preclude Aternity from developing, using, marketing or otherwise exploiting products, services, software or other Intellectual Property that may be competitive with any Deliverables prepared for Customer hereunder, irrespective of whether such Intellectual Property is similar or related to the Deliverables developed under this Agreement, provided that Aternity does not use or reference any Customer IP in such activities.
