Nonguarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a right of the Participant to be continued as an Participant of the Corporation (or of any Parent or Subsidiary), or as a limitation on the right of the Corporation or any Parent or Subsidiary to remove the Participant, with or without cause.
