Common use of Noninterference with Business Clause in Contracts

Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years after the Expiration Date, Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, her or its employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.

Noninterference with Business. During the term Term of this Agreement, and for a period of two one (21) years year after the Expiration Date, the Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any mannermanner outside of the scope of the Director’s duties as a director of the Company. By way of example and not of limitation, the Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, her or /her/its employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.

By way of example and not of limitation, Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, his or her or its employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.

Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of two six (26) years months after the Expiration Date, Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer customer, or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, her or its their employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.

Noninterference with Business. During the term Term of this Agreement, and for a period of two one (21) years year after the Expiration Date, the Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company and its subsidiaries in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, the Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer customer, supplier or supplier business partner of the Company to terminate or breach his, /her or its employment, contractual or other relationship with the CompanyCompany and its subsidiaries.

Noninterference with Business. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of two one (2I) years year after the Expiration Date, Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, his or her or its employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.

During the term Term of this Agreement, and for a period of two one (21) years year after the Expiration Date, Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any manner. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of two one (21) years year after the Expiration Date, or, if the Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5.2, for a period of one (1) year following the Termination Date, Director agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company in any manner. By way of example and not of limitation, Director agrees not to solicit or induce any employee, independent contractor, customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or breach his, his or her or its employment, contractual or other relationship with the Company.
