Noninterference With Third-Party Rights. Company is employing Employee with the understanding that during the Term of Employment: a. Employee is free to enter into employment with Company; and b. Only Company is entitled to benefit from Employee’s work. Company has no interest in using any third party’s patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or trademarks in any unlawful manner. Employee will not use for the benefit of, or divulge to Company, or its personnel, any proprietary information of a third party without the prior written permission of the third party.
