Nonqualified Option. The Option granted hereby shall be treated as a nonqualified stock option and not as an incentive stock option under the Internal Revenue Code.

Nonqualified Option. The Option is not qualified for favorable tax treatment under Sections 422 or 423 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). Scivanta recommends that you consult with your tax advisor regarding the tax consequences related to the Option.
