Nonraiding of Employees. The Employee recognizes that the workforce of the Company and First Federal is a vital part of their businesses; therefore, during the Restriction Period, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly recruit or solicit any Employee (as defined below) to leave his or her employment with the Company, First Federal or any of the Consolidated Subsidiaries. Without limiting the foregoing, this includes that the Employee shall not (1) disclose to any third party the names, backgrounds, or qualifications of any of the Employees or otherwise identify them as potential candidates for employment, or (2) personally or through any other person approach, recruit, interview or otherwise solicit Employees to work for any other employer. For purposes of this Section, “Employees” means all employees working for the Company, First Federal or any of the Consolidated Subsidiaries at the time of the Employee’s Date of Termination.
