Common use of Nonraiding of Employees Clause in Contracts

Nonraiding of Employees. (1) Executive recognizes that the workforce of the Bank and its affiliates are a vital part of the Company's business. Therefore, Executive agrees that, for 12 months following termination of Executive's employment for any reason whatsoever, Executive will not directly or indirectly recruit or solicit any Employee to leave his or her employment with the Bank or any of the Bank's affiliates.
