Common use of Nonreligious, Nonsectarian Status Clause in Contracts

Nonreligious, Nonsectarian Status. The educational program of the School shall be nonreligious, nonsectarian, and, consistent with applicable law and District policy, shall not discriminate against any student on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, ancestry, disability or need for special education services.
