Normal Operation. Normal switching operations for the Contractor's Work on the City's premises directly associated with the utility feeders shall be arranged for by the Contractor through the proper utility representative. Whenever the Contractor requires the operation of the grounding device on the utility feeder or associated equipment, the Contractor shall contact the proper utility representative who will arrange for the application of protective grounds.
Normal Operation. Grievance meetings shall be scheduled at reasonable times and in a manner which does not unreasonably interfere with the Employer's operations. Reasonable duty time shall be allowed the grievant Officer(s) and the watch representative or unit representative under this Article, for the pre- arbitral steps under Section 9.2.
Normal Operation. The Customer may begin normal operation of the Distributed Generation Facility upon completion of all documentation and receipt of written approval from the Utility.
Normal Operation. From now on, our trust agreement scheme is able to work decentralized, that means an operation without the founder. The trust agreement scheme is oper- ating according to the following conditions:
Normal Operation. It is realised by both parties that specifications can only be applied during normal operation, after strict procedures regarding start-up have been applied.
Normal Operation. The Union and the Fire Department recognize that SOP’s must follow a consistent system for analysis, development, implementation, and tracking. The Department’s acceptance and institutionalization of these items is dependent on their existence and use over time. The Union and the Fire Department agree that any changes to those procedures, programs, and resources controlled by the committee shall be accomplished on an annual basis. New procedures, programs, and resources shall be accomplished twice a year.
Normal Operation. Doses to the public due to tritium and other effluents were estimated to be low and significantly below internationally accepted limits. Regarding occupational doses, those estimated for XXXXXXX-H were also low and below internationally accepted limits. For XXXXXXX-W, estimated occupational doses were higher than the current best practice in fission power stations, which points to the need, in a further design iteration, to implement design measures to reduce the mobilisation of activated steel by water corrosion. Results indicated how this could be done by appropriate engineering provision. Only a limited amount of work on occupational doses has been undertaken in the SEAFP studies. A larger and more comprehensive effort has been mounted within the ITER framework, which showed the potential for reducing doses by detailed design provision. This should be the basis for future work on these issues regarding commercial fusion power stations.
Normal Operation. 7.1 Operate the air circulation system.
Normal Operation. During normal operation the battery charger shall maintain the primary battery between a maximum of 4.2 volts/cell (charging cutoff) and 3.0 volts/cell (discharge cutoff). The battery shall monitor each cell individually to ensure that no cell is charged or discharged beyond these limits. The charger shall implement a constant current charge algorithm with a switch to a constant voltage charge upon reaching the charging cutoff voltage. The charging circuitry shall constantly monitor input voltage and input current. Actual charging current shall be continuously adjusted based on tablet internal power consumption and external input voltage to limit power draw from the external source to 60 xxxxx maximum (4.0 amps at a nominal input voltage of 15 volts). The charger shall contain failsafe circuitry to protect the battery in the event of failure of the charging circuitry. The failsafe circuit shall limit charging current to below a C/2 rate (2 amps peak with the baseline Valence 4120 cells) under all charge conditions. The failsafe circuitry shall also protect against over charge or discharge of any battery cell beyond the range of 4.5 to 2.4 volts.
Normal Operation. The Transferors and the Actual Controller hereby jointly and severally undertake to the Transferee that, from the date of this Agreement to the Third Closing Date (the “Transition Period”), the Group Companies shall (and the Transferors and the Actual Controller shall cause the Group Companies to):
