Normal switching operations for the Contractor's work on the City's premises directly associated with the utility feeders shall be arranged for by the Contractor through the proper utility representative. Whenever the Contractor requires the operation of the grounding device on the utility feeder or associated equipment, the Contractor shall contact the proper utility representative who will arrange for the application of protective grounds.
