NORTH PARK SPECIAL ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT CONTRACT SITE LOCATIONS. The District generally includes all parcels fronting 30th Street from Polk Avenue to Upas Street, along with all parcels fronting University Avenue from Florida Street to 32nd Street. Blocks bound by University Avenue, Granada Avenue, North Park Way, and 32nd Street are also included in the boundaries. The block bound by Lincoln Avenue, Ohio Street, University Avenue, and 30th Street is included along with the block bound by Lincoln Avenue, 32nd Street, University Avenue, and Iowa Street. In addition, a few outlying parcels have been included where the commercial core reaches past the frontage parcels. These parcels have been included in the district boundaries based upon their commercial nature. The service area includes approximately 604 parcels with 519 property owners. A boundary map is depicted in Section II of the District Management Plan (Plan), and a detailed map series is included in Appendix 5 of the Plan.
