Common use of Northern California Glass Management Association Industry Fund Clause in Contracts

Northern California Glass Management Association Industry Fund. At the commencement and continuing until the expiration date of this Agreement, every Employer signatory to this Agreement or any Addendum to this Agreement in accordance with the applicable Wage Schedule shall pay Industry Fund contributions in the amount of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour. Said Industry Fund contributions are to be forwarded to the Northern California Glass Management Association designated account. The contribution rate to the NCGMA will be monitored and may be increased as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of NCGMA, up to a maximum contribution rate of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour. No part of the contributions to the Industry Fund shall be used for activities which are inimical to the Union.
