Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of Tlatlasikwala’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaXxx Xxxx Xxxx Band’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate abrogate, or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaʼNa̱ mǥis’s Aboriginal Interests.

This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections ofsections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaThe Tŝilhqot’in Nation’s Aboriginal InterestsRights.

This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of Tlatlasikwala’s Wet’suwet’en First Nation Aboriginal Interests.

This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections ofsections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaHaida Nation’s Aboriginal InterestsTitle and Rights.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaWestbank First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of Tlatlasikwala’s Skin Tyee Nation Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) a. constitute a treaty or a lands land claims agreement within the meaning of sections section 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, b. affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of Tlatlasikwala’s Kitselas’ Aboriginal Interests.

This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections ofsections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaTsleil-Waututh’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of Tlatlasikwala’s Nee Tahi Buhn Band Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaHesquiaht First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaK’ómoks First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaKitasoo Xai’xais Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaCheslatta Carrier Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaGitxaala First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaEhattesaht First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaOkanagan Indian Band’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands land claims agreement within the meaning of sections section 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establishrecognize, affirm, recognizedefine, abrogate deny, limit or derogate from amend any aboriginal rights or titles or any responsibilities of Tlatlasikwala’s Aboriginal Intereststhe Parties except as set out in this Agreement.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaMamalilikulla’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaXxxxx River First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaSAMAHQUAM’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaShuswap Band’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaBoston Bar First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaTsilhqot’in Nation’s Aboriginal InterestsRights.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognizedefine, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaKwadacha Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaShxw'ōwhámel First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaKwantlen First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands land claims agreement within the meaning of sections section 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establishrecognize, affirm, recognizedefine, deny, limit, amend, abrogate or derogate from any of: (i) any responsibilities of Tlatlasikwalathe Parties except as expressly set out in this Agreement; or (ii) Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB’s Aboriginal InterestsRights.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaKwikwasut’inuxw Haxwa’mis First Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of Tlatlasikwala’s Xxxx Xxx Xxxx Nation s Aboriginal InterestsInterests or determine or limit the geographic extent of Xxxx Xxx Xxxx Aboriginal Interests other than for purposes of this Agreement only.

Not a Treaty. This Agreement does not: (a) constitute a treaty or a lands claims agreement within the meaning of sections 25 or 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Canada); or (b) establish, affirm, recognize, abrogate or derogate from any of TlatlasikwalaSimpcw First_Nation’s Aboriginal Interests.
