Not Compensation for Other Plans. Except for amounts paid pursuant to Section 3a(i)(A) that are considered compensation, earnings or wages for purposes of any employee benefit plan of the Company, it is understood by all parties hereto that amounts paid and benefits provided hereunder are not to be considered compensation, earnings or wages for purpose of any employee benefit plan of the Company, including, but not limited to, any tax-qualified retirement plan.
