Not Exclusive Remedy. The rights granted in this Article XI shall not be deemed to be an exclusive remedy of the Non-Defaulting Member, but all other rights and remedies, legal and equitable, shall be available to it, with the exception of any action which has the effect of terminating this Agreement.
