Not for the Benefit of Third Parties. This Agreement is for the exclusive benefit of the Parties to this Agreement and not for the benefit of any Third Party.
Not for the Benefit of Third Parties. This Agreement and each and every provision hereof is for the exclusive benefit of the parties to this Agreement and not for the benefit of any third party, and under no circumstances shall the terms hereof be deemed to make a Service Provider or any Affiliate responsible to any third party for any damages or other liabilities to such third party.
Not for the Benefit of Third Parties. This Agreement is intended to be solely for the benefit of the Parties, their respective successors and permitted assignees, and is not intended to and shall not confer any rights or benefits on any party not a signatory hereto.
Not for the Benefit of Third Parties. This Agreement is entered into for the sole, exclusive benefit of the Parties, and except as specifically provided herein, no other Person shall be a direct or indirect beneficiary of, or shall have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement.

Nothing herein shall be construed as being a contract or a promise or any other advantage for the benefit of any person which is not a Party to this Agreement, irrespective of whether such contract, promise, or advantage is enforceable by the third party or only by the Parties hereto.
