Common use of Not Included Clause in Contracts

The Services do not include, and Videojet will not under this Agreement provide access to, any third-party support, client-side hardware or software, programming training, hardware or software not set forth in this Agreement. The Services are limited to access to the Services as defined, including the database, associated data storage, bandwidth and user access set forth in this Agreement. Certain Enabled Products may be available from Videojet or third parties to connect to or interact with the Services. Use of, and support for those Enabled Products is not included in this Agreement and will be subject to separate agreements which may be between you and Videojet or You and a third party.
