Not Liable. (a) So far as the law allows (including non-excludable rights under consumer protection laws), we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer (whether due to negligence or otherwise), because of the electricity we sell to you under this contract. (b) In particular, we are not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer because: (i) there is a failure of electricity supply, or there is a defect in the electricity supplied (however caused); or (ii) some characteristic of the electricity (for example, voltage or frequency) makes it unsuitable for some purpose.
