Not Ordinary Course. Inventory (other than raw materials) that is not of a type held for sale in the Ordinary Course of Business of a Credit Party.
Not Ordinary Course. Accounts that do not arise from the sale of goods or the performance of services by the Borrower in the ordinary course of business, including, without limitation, bulk sales; or
