  • NOT TO BE USED AS A PRECEDENT This Agreement shall not be used in any manner whatsoever to obtain similar arrangements or benefits in any other State, Territory, Division, Plant or Enterprise.

  • AREA TO BE SERVED [SEE G.L.c. 166A §3(a)]

  • POPULATION TO BE SERVED A. In accordance with the Contract, Contractor is required, within the limits of the Contractor’s service capacity, to serve individuals who meet the financial and clinical eligibility criteria for an adult who is Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) and is eligible for services as described in the DARMHA manual.

  • Grades Served The School may serve students in grades K-8.

  • TASKS TO BE COMPLETED a. Design Surveys The State will request design surveys on an as needed basis. The Surveyor shall perform tasks including, but not limited to the following:

  • Agreement to be Bound Each of the Trust, the Indenture Trustee, the Registrar, the Transfer Agent, the Paying Agent and the Calculation Agent hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Indenture, with respect to all matters contemplated in the Indenture, including, without limitation, those relating to the issuance of the below-referenced Notes.

  • Payment to be made in full You must pay us all sums due under this agreement in full without any deduction or withholding (whether in respect of set off, counterclaim, taxes, charges or otherwise) unless the deduction or withholding is required by law. If a deduction or withholding is required by law, you must immediately pay us an additional amount so that we receive an amount equal to the full amount which we would have received had no such deduction or withholding been made; and you must furnish us an official receipt of the relevant authority involved for all amounts so deducted or withheld.

  • Intent to be Bound The Parties represent that: They have participated fully in the review and drafting of this Settlement Agreement; understand and accept all terms; enter into this Settlement Agreement freely and voluntarily; have had an opportunity to consult with legal counsel; are fully informed of the terms and effect of this Settlement Agreement; have agreed to this Settlement Agreement after independent investigation and agree it was not arrived at through fraud, duress, or undue influence; and knowingly and voluntarily intend to be legally bound by this Settlement Agreement.

  • QUANTITY TO BE PURCHASED It is understood and agreed that the Contractor is entering into this Agreement as a multiple source of supply without any guarantee from the State as to the quantity of the items covered by this Contract that might be ordered during the specified period.
