NOT TO CAUSE or permit the GHG Emissions to exceed the Net Zero Emissions Limit in respect of the Preliminary Works from the beginning of such works and in respect of the Construction Period, the Production Period and the Restoration Period of the Development from Commencement of Development through the employment of a combination of the following measures (and in the following order or priority):

NOT TO CAUSE. ANY NUISANCE OR ANNOYANCE Not to do or permit or suffer to be done any act or thing in or upon the said Premises or any part or parts thereof which in the opinion of the Landlord may constitute a nuisance or annoyance or give cause for complaint from the Landlord or tenants or occupiers of the other parts of the said building or in any adjoining or neighboring building.
NOT TO CAUSE. EXCESSIVE NOISE Not to produce or suffer or permit to be produced at any time in the Premises any music or noise (including sound produced by broadcasting from television radio and any apparatus or instrument capable of producing or reproducing music and sound) or to permit or do any act or thing otherwise to give cause for reasonable complaint on the part of the occupants or tenants of other portions of the Building or of neighbouring premises or buildings.

  • Termination for Cause If Vendor fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TIPS shall provide written notice to Vendor specifying the default. If Vendor does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, TIPS may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If TIPS terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.
