Not to Duplicate Keys. CBH and the Shire must not duplicate any key to any lock or security access device to the Premises or the Accommodation Units except as provided by this Agreement, as necessary to permit access by Permitted Persons, or with the prior consent of the Shire or CBH, as applicable.
