Access Device Sample Clauses

Access Device. Resident hereby acknowledges and agrees that any Landlord-provided devices or access items, including but not limited to, Access Devices, key fobs and control cards (“Access Items”), are the property of Landlord and are issued to Resident for the sole and exclusive use by Resident and shall be returned to Landlord in their original condition on the End Date or at the earlier request of Landlord. Resident represents and warrants that Resident understands how to use the Access Items. Resident will not act in any way to impair the use or function of the Access Items and agrees to comply with all instructions, rules or procedures instituted by Landlord regarding the use of the Access Items. Should Resident fail to return the Access Items to Landlord upon request, allow any other person to borrow or use the Access Items in any fashion, duplicate or copy the Access Items in any manner, or lose or damage the Access Items, Resident shall be liable for such damage and/or misuse.
Access Device. To initiate any transaction with an automated teller machine, you must use an approved access device (card). Approved access cards include your Visa Checking or Visa Credit Card, your ATM card or other specified card issued by the credit union PLUS your personal Identification Number (PIN).

Your access devices are for your personal use only. You agree not to allow another person to use your access devices. You agree that by acceptance of use of the access device the Credit Union is authorized to pay from any account neces- sary to satisfy any transaction, fee or service charge that results from the use or misuse of the access device. The Credit Union is not liable for any claims you may have against a merchant, company or other financial institution arising from use of your access device. The Credit Union cannot stop payment on any point-of-sale transaction.
Access Device. You understand that there is a non-refundable replacement fee of $50 for this device if you should fail to return it upon vacating the Premises.
Access Device. 11.1 A device will be issued in accordance with the Particulars to allow entry to the Property. You acknowledge that the device issued remains the property of Council and shall be returned to Council on termination of this licence. 11.2 For the avoidance of doubt, a bond of $25 per device issued is payable upon receipt of the device(s).   • Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). However, if you submit Feedback to us, then you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that is sub-licensable and trans- ferable, to make, use, sell, have made, offer to sell, import, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, or publicly perform the Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.
