  • Not to Exceed Compensation The maximum, not-to-exceed compensation payable to Contractor under this Contract, which includes any allowable expenses, is $***,***.**. Agency will not pay Contractor any amount in excess of the not-to-exceed compensation of this Contract, and will not pay for Services performed before the Effective Date or after the expiration or termination of this Contract. If the maximum compensation is increased by amendment of this Contract, the amendment must be fully effective before Contractor performs Services subject to the amendment.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.

  • Amount The required additional Security shall be in an amount equal to the amount necessary to gross up fully for currently applicable federal and state income taxes the estimated Costs of Local Upgrades and Network Upgrades for which Interconnection Customer previously provided Security. Accordingly, the additional Security shall equal the amount necessary to increase the total Security provided to the amount that would be sufficient to permit the Interconnected Transmission Owner to receive and retain, after the payment of all applicable income taxes (“Current Taxes”) and taking into account the present value of future tax deductions for depreciation that would be available as a result of the anticipated payments or property transfers (the “Present Value Depreciation Amount”), an amount equal to the estimated Costs of Local Upgrades and Network Upgrades for which Interconnection Customer is responsible under the Interconnection Service Agreement. For this purpose, Current Taxes shall be computed based on the composite federal and state income tax rates applicable to the Interconnected Transmission Owner at the time the additional Security is received, determined using the highest marginal rates in effect at that time (the “Current Tax Rate”), and (ii) the Present Value Depreciation Amount shall be computed by discounting the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s anticipated tax depreciation deductions associated with such payments or property transfers by its current weighted average cost of capital.

  • Increments Leave of absence shall not affect annual increments, when granted for educational purposes and parental leave. (Reference Article 12 - Anniversary Date and Increments.)

  • Thirty Day Payments Upon receipt of a billing statement that complies with all invoice requirements set forth in this Article, the State shall make a good faith effort to pay the amount which is due and payable within thirty (30) days.

  • Employee Parking Fees Authority reserves the right to charge Company or its employees a reasonable and non-discriminatory parking fee based on Authority's cost of providing services and facilities for the employee parking areas provided at the Airport.   • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. A credit posting from a merchant or reversal of fees do not constitute a minimum payment. The minimum monthly payment may be allocated at the Credit Union’s discretion to pay off lower rate balances, such as promotional offers, before higher rate balances, such as cash advances or purchases. Payments in excess of the minimum monthly payment will be allocated first to higher rate balances, as applicable. From time to time, we may allow you to skip your minimum monthly payment due. If you choose to skip that payment, Finance Charges will continue to accrue in accordance with this Agreement. Payments received at: Rogue Credit Union, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day will be credited to your Account as of that date; payments received by mail at that address after 5:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend will be posted to your Account as of the next business day. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.

  • Maximum Compensation There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.

  • Daily Balance For each day a DPR is in effect, we figure the daily balance by: ● taking the beginning balance for the day, ● adding any new charges, ● subtracting any payments or credits; and ● making any appropriate adjustments. We add a new charge to a daily balance as of its transaction date. Beginning balance For the first day of a billing period, the beginning balance is the ending balance for the prior billing period, including unpaid interest. For the rest of the billing period, the beginning balance is the previous day's daily balance plus an amount of interest equal to the previous day's daily balance multiplied by the DPR for that balance. This method of figuring the beginning balance results in daily compounding of interest.

  • Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.
