The Owner and Design. Builder shall agree upon (1) a mutually acceptable procedure for review and approval of payments to the Architect, Consultants, and Contractors and (2) the percentage of retainage held on agreements with the Architect, Consultants, and Contractors; and the Design-Builder shall execute agreements in accordance with those terms.

The Owner and Design. Builder shall provide for coordination of the activities of the Owner’s own forces, and of each separate contractor, with the Work of the Design-Builder, who shall cooperate with them. The Design- Builder shall participate with other separate contractors and the Owner in reviewing their construction schedules. The Design-Builder shall make any revisions to the construction schedule deemed necessary after a joint review and mutual agreement. The construction schedules shall then constitute the schedules to be used by the Design-Builder, separate contractors and the Owner until subsequently revised.

  • Completion of Negotiations Upon the completion of negotiations between the respective negotiations teams, the Agreement shall be reduced to writing and shall be submitted first to the members of the Association and then to the Board for ratification.

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.

  • Contract Negotiations Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay for not more than two (2) representatives of each bargaining unit for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings with the Employer on behalf of the Union. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
