Common use of Note Execution Clause in Contracts

Note Execution. When a Dealer enters into a contract with a consumer for the sale and/or installation of a System or Improvements it desires to be financed under the Program, Sunlight shall directly or indirectly underwrite the Loan Applicant’s Loan Application and arrange for delivery of all disclosures required by Applicable Law and/or production, execution and delivery of the appropriate loan agreement or promissory note (“Note”), all in accordance with the Program Guidelines.
