Nothing in Clauses 16. 1 to 16.5 shall prevent either Party from using any techniques, ideas or Know-How gained during the performance of its or the other Party’s obligations under this Framework Agreement or the Call Off Agreements in the course of its normal business, to the extent that this does not result in a disclosure of the other Party's Confidential Information or an infringement of the other Party's Intellectual Property Rights.
